TOP Music #6: Various Artists - "Benicia..." Cassette Compilation

This compilation of bands and characters from Benicia, CA who recorded in warehouses, laundromats, etc between '87 and '92 is somewhat of a follow-up to Aaron Cometbus's "Lest We Forget" tape of 80's Berkeley punk that I posted here last December. Replacement Crimpshrine bassist Paul Curran put the retrospective together and made it release #1 on his Take-A-Day label in 1993. If you're an East Bay completist or just curious to hear the sound of apples falling from the tree, you'll probably find this interesting.
