 Off to L.A. for research and room temperature calibration. I'm guest-editing Defamer (I think?) on Monday and Tuesday while the regular writer Mark is at Sundance. I'm just doing 4-6 posts each morning and he'll be updating later in the day. My stint will be like "a quickie in a bathroom stall at Concorde." In other words, expect lots of copying/pasting and nothing gets left on the cutting room floor that a paper towel can't wipe up. This should be interesting as my grasp of the movie and television industry could be summed up in an Entourage episode. Damn, I don't even have Tivo or DVR.
